王志安   号五湖散翁、陇上云鹤、千陶阁主,研究馆员、一级美术师、书法家、彩陶研究和鉴定专家。1944年生于甘肃临洮,毕业于西北师范大学美术系。现为甘肃省马家窑文化研究会会长、西北民族大学马家窑文化研究院院长。马家窑书法院院长、兰州大学文物鉴定与修复中心教授、甘肃马家窑彩陶文化博物馆馆长、甘肃美协会员,甘肃书协会员。2011年,西北民族大学马家窑文化研究院成立,王志安先生担任院长。2012年被评为当代中国最有学术价值和最具收藏潜力的三十位书法家之一。
